This precious lil boy was born March 10, 2009. "Rosie"
and "Mac" are his parents. He was 80 grams at birth. I didnt think he had a chance. I have stayed up nights,
put him to nurse every time I pass his bed, switched him to all three nursing mothers available. He gained and lost, gained
and lost the first 3 days. By the fourth day he was gaining and hasnt looked back!!! He is a fighter!!! I named him "Grasshopper".
I estimate him to be 2 - 3 lb. I dont know if I will let him go or not. He will require a very watchful eye all
his little life. He will need wet food all his life. He will be a lap baby all his life. He is very special.
UPDATE: AUG 23, 2009
well, he passed 2 lb a while back :O)
he is about 3 1/2 lb at 5 mo. He has Mac's body and Rosie's face
and mannerisms. He will be a little smaller than Mac. He is staying here with us and is dual registered ukc AND akc.
UPDATE: 10/2/10
"Grasshoppr" is a father!!!
